Ben brings over 15 years of experience across property development, project management and property consulting. With a career spanning property fund management, residential construction and large-scale commercial development, Ben has built a reputation for delivering exceptional outcomes for his clients.
Holding a Bachelor of Business Studies, majoring in Finance and Property Valuation, Ben combines strong analytical and financial expertise with hands-on development and project management experience.
Prior to founding BV Group, Ben was responsible for the strategic management of over $650 million worth of commercial property throughout New Zealand, including the development of industrial and retail assets on behalf of investors.
